i found the room very clean upon arrival. it was also quite spacious, which i appreciated. free water and milk in the fridge were a nice touch. i also found coffee, tea bags, and hot chocolate were provided.
the shower was a bit too small for me to comfortably turn around.

The tv came with netflix, which i found convenient. there was parking available at the front. It had space for two cars. a breakfast room was present, with a simple range of options before checkout.

the hotel is a short walk from the local overground station. it is also just a few stops on the train from white hart lane. this made access to transportation and nearby attractions very easy.

the communication was easy. the bathroom was very hygienic and clean, important to me. help yourself breakfast was a nice thing.
